I was hesitant to use a broker after hearing horror stories about hidden fees, but this team was completely transparent. They locked in a reputable carrier quickly, kept me in the loop during dispatch, and the car arrived right on schedule.

Moved my SUV from Chicago to Austin. They assigned a great carrier who called ahead before both pickup and drop-off. The final rate matched the original binding quote down to the dollar, no sudden price jumps at delivery.

Great dispatch time. The carrier assigned to my vehicle had a slightly larger rig that couldn’t fit down my residential street, but the broker’s team helped coordinate a quick, convenient meeting spot nearby. Excellent problem-solving.

First time shipping a car, so I didn’t fully understand how the carrier-dispatch process worked. The rep walked me through everything step-by-step and vetted a top-tier driver for my route. Appreciated the honesty throughout.

Needed last-minute transport for a job relocation. Most brokers were giving me vague timelines, but this team found a vetted carrier within 48 hours and got the vehicle cross-country without a single issue.

What stood out was having a dedicated point of contact. Instead of being passed around, my agent gave me regular status updates from the carrier until the keys were in my hand. Professional, organized, and stress-free.
