These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Book Reliable Inc. website and services, including any auto transport brokerage services we provide. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Book Reliable Inc. operates as an auto transport broker. We arrange transportation of vehicles through independent, insured motor carriers (“Carriers”). We do not own or operate the trucks that transport your vehicle.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Booking

All quotes are estimates based on distance, route, vehicle details, transport type, and current market conditions.
Pricing may change due to Carrier availability, fuel costs, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
A booking is confirmed once a Carrier is assigned and a dispatch agreement is in place; a deposit or dispatch fee may be required.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Deposits or brokerage fees paid to Book Reliable Inc. may be non-refundable once a Carrier is dispatched.
Remaining balances are typically paid directly to the Carrier at delivery, using the method agreed upon (e.g., cash, certified funds, or as specified).
Orders canceled before dispatch may qualify for partial or full deposit refund; orders canceled after dispatch are generally non-refundable and may incur fees.

4. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

The customer must ensure the vehicle is ready for transport, accurately described, and either operable or clearly booked as “inoperable.”
Personal items are discouraged and, if allowed at the Carrier’s discretion (typically up to 100 lbs), are transported at the owner’s risk and may not be covered by Carrier insurance.
We recommend taking dated photos of the vehicle prior to pickup to document pre-existing condition.

5. Pick-Up, Delivery & Delays

All pick-up and delivery dates and windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, route changes, or regulatory requirements. Standard service is door-to-door where legally and safely accessible; otherwise, the Carrier may arrange a nearby meeting point.

6. Insurance & Damage Claims

Carriers are required to maintain active cargo and liability insurance for vehicles in their care.
Carrier insurance is the primary coverage for transport-related damage; Book Reliable Inc. does not provide separate cargo insurance.
Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and claims must be filed directly with the Carrier or its insurer.
We are not responsible for damage due to acts of God, road debris, mechanical failure, or items left inside the vehicle.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, vehicle information, and addresses.
Be available or arrange an authorized representative for pick-up and delivery.
Ensure the vehicle is legal to ship and free from unlawful or hazardous contents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Reliable Inc. is not liable for Carrier delays, loss of use, rental costs, incidental or consequential damages, or any damage not properly documented at delivery. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of brokerage fees paid to Book Reliable Inc. for the specific shipment in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or another agreed dispute resolution method, as permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms become effective upon posting on our website.
